The Migration Research Group at the University of Sheffield has partnered with the Migration Matters Festival to run a special programme of films and events called ‘Stories of Migration and Belonging’ during the five day theatre and arts festival. The festival runs from 19-23 June 2018 in Sheffield during Refugee Week.
The ‘Stories of Migration and Belonging’ will showcase films made by women that explore different representations of migration, identity and belonging across the world.
Wednesday 20 June, 6pm – ‘Homelands’
Friday 22 June, 6.15pm – ‘Calais Children: A Case to Answer’ and Q&A
Saturday 23 June, 3.15pm – ‘Queens of Syria’
